We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our reputable architecture firm in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various projects, ensuring that they meet all client requirements and are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and develop design concepts that meet their objectives.
- Oversee the creation of detailed architectural plans and specifications.
- Ensure that all projects adhere to local building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise during construction.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure profitability.
- Develop relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful project execution.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the architecture industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, etc.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other relevant software programs.
