We are searching for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and leading a team of chefs to deliver high-quality and delicious dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and updating menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring food cost targets are met.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising kitchen staff.
- Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times.
- Collaborating with other departments to plan special events or catering services.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Developing new recipes and dishes to keep the menu fresh and exciting.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.
- Knowledge of different cooking techniques, cuisines, and food presentation styles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team effectively.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and innovation in menu design.
- Good understanding of food cost control measures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.
- Valid work permit or residency visa for Pakistan.

Salary: Competitive salary of 1600$ per month.
