Restaurant Manager

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant in Faisalabad. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profits. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month, without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and budget.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Train and develop staff to maintain high levels of performance and professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Oversee food preparation to ensure quality standards are met.
- Create employee schedules and handle payroll.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required.
