Junior Barista in Faisalabad, Pakistan
As a Junior Barista in our dynamic coffee shop in Faisalabad, Pakistan, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious coffee beverages. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in the coffee industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders with a friendly and positive attitude
- Prepare and serve various types of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, etc.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all beverages served
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following health and safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Experience as a barista or in the food service industry is an asset but not required
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
Salary:
Starting salary of $1100 USD per month with potential for growth based on performance.

This position is located in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
