Executive Chef
As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen in Faisalabad. You will manage a team of kitchen staff and ensure that all dishes are prepared to our high standards of quality and consistency. Your creativity and passion for food will be essential in developing new menu items and maintaining our reputation as a top dining destination. You must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role is required, along with a degree or diploma in culinary arts. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Preference will be given to Pakistani nationals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and consistency
- Develop new menu items and ensure all dishes are executed according to recipes
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
- Ensure compliance with health codes and regulations
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to food quality or service
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Degree or diploma in culinary arts
