We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Review building plans and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, etc.
- Ensure quality control throughout the construction process
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects
- Manage project budgets and expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
