Office Assistant
We are in need of an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Faisalabad. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages as needed
- Greeting and assisting visitors and clients
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies when needed
- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assisting with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
Salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
Location:
This position is located in Faisalabad. Preference will be given to candidates who are already based in Faisalabad or nearby areas.
Note:
This position does not come with accommodation. Candidates must be able to arrange their own living arrangements if not from Faisalabad or nearby areas.
