Office Assistant in Faisalabad
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Faisalabad. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work independently. This is an entry-level position with a salary of 1300$. Visa sponsorship is available for non-local candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Urdu, or Punjabi
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles preferred but not required
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
