Sales Manager - Faisalabad, Pakistan
We are in search of a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Your main goal will be to drive sales growth by building strong relationships with clients and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends
- Train, motivate, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance
- Set ambitious sales targets and monitor progress towards achieving them
- Prepare accurate sales reports for management on a regular basis
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
