Sales Manager
We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their individual sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase company revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and training as needed
- Set individual sales targets for team members and monitor their performance
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management on market conditions and sales performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Salary: 1400$ per month
Working Hours: This is a full-time position with standard working hours. However, flexibility may be required to accommodate client meetings or events.
