Front-end Web Developer


As a Front-end Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function. You will work closely with the design team to ensure the visual elements of the website are translated into functional code. Your role will also involve collaborating with back-end developers to integrate server-side code with front-end logic.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing user-friendly and responsive web pages
- Creating wireframes and mockups based on design specifications
- Writing clean, efficient and well-documented code using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Troubleshooting website issues and debugging code
- Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
- Collaborating with back-end developers to integrate server-side code with front-end logic
- Conducting website performance tests and implementing necessary optimizations
- Staying up-to-date with emerging web development trends and technologies

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Front-end Web Developer or similar role
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Sketch
- Knowledge of SEO principles and ensuring website optimization for better search engine rankings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field is preferred

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Karachi (accommodation provided)
