Entry Level Computer Support Specialist in Karachi

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as an Entry Level Computer Support Specialist in Karachi. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting computer issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in the IT field and develop their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Maintain and update computer systems and networks
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Train users on basic computer functions and software applications
- Keep track of technical issues and resolutions using ticketing system
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with troubleshooting common computer issues
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies

Salary: Starting salary of 1300$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location: This position is located in Karachi. Candidates must be willing to work onsite.
