IT Support Specialist



We are a leading IT company in Karachi and we are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and maintaining our computer systems. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in-person
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and provide timely resolutions
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals, and software
- Maintain and update company's network infrastructure
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on computers, printers, and other equipment
- Create and maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in IT systems
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems, networking, hardware installation, troubleshooting techniques, and security protocols
- Experience with ticketing systems for tracking technical issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech users
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with various operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS, Linux. Certification in CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) is also desirable.
