Online Consultant - Virtual Customer Service Representative (Karachi, Pakistan)
We are hiring for an experienced Online Consultant to join our virtual customer service team in Karachi, Pakistan. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support to our online clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to online customer inquiries through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Assisting clients with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Identifying and recommending solutions to improve the overall customer experience
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective handling of customer inquiries and orders
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or online retail industry
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find solutions quickly
- Good knowledge of various online platforms and tools such as email, chat, social media, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work flexible hours as per business needs
