We are searching for a dynamic and driven Online Consultant to join our team in Karachi. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's online presence, including social media accounts and website.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels, such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide information about our products and services to potential clients
- Assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage and maintain our company's online presence, including social media accounts and website
- Monitor online reviews and respond to any feedback or complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities through online channels

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of various online platforms and tools, such as social media, email marketing, and customer relationship management systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be willing to work full time in Karachi with free visa and ticket provided
