Job Title: Online Consultant (Karachi, Pakistan)
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Online Consultant to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and rapport building
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge in order to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in using various online platforms such as chat, email, and social media
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month.
