We are currently hiring a Moderator to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of communication on our online platforms. This includes reviewing user-generated content, responding to user inquiries and reports, and enforcing community guidelines.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to handle sensitive and controversial topics with professionalism and empathy
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with content moderation tools is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content for compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and reports in a timely manner
- Review flagged content for potential violations and take appropriate action
- Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent enforcement of policies
- Provide feedback on community trends and suggest improvements to policies as needed
- Participate in training sessions on moderation guidelines and tools

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. We offer visa sponsorship for international candidates. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
