A reputable company in Karachi is seeking a dedicated and experienced Moderator to join our team. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and respectful flow of communication within our online community forums. This is an urgent position and requires candidates who have a valid biometric passport and are willing to relocate to Karachi.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and interactions on various forums and social media platforms
- Enforce community guidelines and policies to maintain a respectful environment
- Respond to user inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner
- Identify and report any inappropriate or offensive content to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for engaging with the community and promoting positive interactions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Moderator or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with various social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, handle difficult situations, and resolve conflicts effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1400 per month (with accommodation)
