Facade Technician



We are hiring a highly skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Karachi. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. You must have a strong understanding of facade systems and construction methods, as well as experience with various tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to design specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing facades
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with facades and develop solutions
- Ensure proper safety protocols are followed during all tasks
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in facade installation, maintenance, or repair
- Strong knowledge of facade systems and construction methods
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using various tools such as drills, saws, and scaffolding
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
