We are seeking an experienced Tiler Foreman to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Tiler Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the tiling projects and managing a team of tilers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of tilers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and within the given timeframe.
- Train and mentor new tilers, ensuring that they adhere to safety guidelines and techniques.
- Coordinate with project managers to plan and schedule tiling projects.
- Inspect work sites to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Estimate material and labor costs for tiling projects.
- Order necessary materials and equipment for each project.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler Foreman or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of tiling techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, project managers, and team members.
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods of time.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certification in tiling is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a tiler or related field.
- Proficient in using various tools such as tile cutters, saws, levels, etc.

Salary:
1500$ per month (without accommodation) plus free visa and ticket.
