We are currently hiring a skilled Formworker to join our construction team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating formwork structures for various concrete elements on our construction sites. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and assemble formwork structures according to blueprints and specifications
- Measure and cut materials to required sizes using power tools
- Set up and align forms for pouring concrete
- Secure forms in place using various methods such as nails, bolts, and clamps
- Pour concrete into forms and smooth out surfaces using trowels or other tools
- Remove forms after concrete has dried and inspect structures for defects or imperfections
- Repair or replace damaged formwork as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using power tools such as saws, drills, and grinders
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights if required
- Must have own visa/work permit in Pakistan
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions effectively
