Part-time Architectural Technologist


An established architectural firm in Karachi is seeking a qualified and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is open to both men and women with a passion for architecture and design.

Responsibilities:
- Working closely with architects and other team members to assist in the creation of architectural drawings and plans
- Utilizing CAD software to create detailed technical drawings
- Conducting site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project planning and design
- Collaborating with contractors, engineers, and other specialists to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Assisting with project management tasks such as budget tracking, scheduling, and coordinating with clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
