Job Title: Architectural Technologist - Karachi, Pakistan



We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for architectural projects. This role requires strong technical skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with architects and engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings and plans for architectural projects
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit to produce technical drawings
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet project requirements and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This role is based in Karachi, Pakistan. Accommodation can be provided if needed.

Experience:
This position is open to candidates at all levels of experience. However, previous experience in architectural drafting is required.
