Job Title: Architectural Designer - Full Time with Accommodation



We are a dynamic architectural design firm based in Karachi, seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of architects and designers to create innovative and functional designs for a variety of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop design concepts for various projects
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using computer-aided design software
- Conduct site visits and surveys as needed for project development
- Research building codes, materials, and construction techniques to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and schedules
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members throughout the design process
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in design technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer in a professional setting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, or other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a collaborative team environment
- Creative thinking skills with the ability to develop unique design solutions

Salary:

We are offering a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position. In addition to salary compensation, we also provide accommodation for all nationalities as part of our employment package.

Location:

This position is based in Karachi but we welcome candidates from all nationalities to apply.
