Job Title: Architecture Manager

Our architecture firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. They should also possess excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of architects and designers.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the design team
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Prepare project proposals, presentations, reports, and other documentation as required
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in architecture design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture design and project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Salary: $1600 per month
