Architecture Manager

The Architecture Manager will oversee all aspects of architectural design and construction projects in Karachi. This includes managing a team of architects and coordinating with external contractors, clients, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, project management experience, and excellent communication skills. This is a contract position that does not require prior experience, but candidates must possess a valid biometric passport.

The primary responsibilities of the Architecture Manager include:

- Overseeing the design and construction process for architectural projects in Karachi
- Managing a team of architects and ensuring that designs meet client requirements and adhere to local building codes
- Coordinating with external contractors to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and government agencies to ensure project goals are met
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues or delays
- Preparing project reports, schedules, and budgets for review by senior management
- Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:

- Degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in architecture or project management
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Karachi
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and project management software is preferred but not required
- Must possess a valid biometric passport
