Job Title: Junior Accountant - Karachi, Pakistan


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is a full-time position without accommodation, open to candidates of all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
- Monitor and review financial transactions for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and standards
- Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary information for financial reporting purposes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience (at least 1 year) as a Junior Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Urdu is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this full-time position.
