Personal Trainer



As a personal trainer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing fitness plans for clients in Karachi. You will work closely with individuals to help them achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month, including accommodation, free visa, and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals and fitness level
- Design personalized workout plans based on individual needs and goals
- Demonstrate exercises and proper form to clients
- Motivate and support clients during training sessions
- Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and provide guidance on healthy eating habits
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and attend training seminars as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a personal trainer or relevant certification (e.g. NASM, ACE)
- Knowledge of various exercise techniques, equipment, and nutrition principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong time management skills to effectively schedule appointments
- Ability to adapt workout plans for clients with different fitness levels or limitations
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
