Executive Chef - Karachi, Pakistan


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Karachi. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, delicious meals to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and plan menus that are innovative, appealing and meet the dietary needs of our customers
- Manage food ordering, inventory, and stock control to meet budget targets
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Create new dishes and regularly review menu offerings to keep up with industry trends

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine, including Asian, European, and Middle Eastern dishes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field

Salary: 1200$ per month (without accommodation)
