Part-Time Barista

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Part-Time Barista to join our team in Karachi. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be tasked with maintaining a clean and organized work area, taking customer orders, handling cash transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- At least 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans and brewing methods
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Responsibilities:
- Take orders from customers and prepare beverages according to their preferences
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment to make drinks
- Ensure consistent quality by following recipes and instructions for each drink
- Keep the work area clean, sanitized, and stocked at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately while following company procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner
- Suggest new menu items based on customer requests or trends in the industry

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 USD per month.

Benefits:
