Construction Project Manager


We are a leading construction company based in Karachi, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Prepare project reports and presentations for senior management
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment for projects
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing budgets and controlling costs
- Proficient in project management software
- Visa sponsorship available
