Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all phases of construction projects
- Create project timelines and budgets, and ensure adherence to them
- Review plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Hire and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent time-management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
