Contract Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Surveyor to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Contract Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and construction sites to provide accurate data for projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various techniques such as GPS, theodolites, and electronic distance-measuring equipment
- Collect and analyze data to create detailed plans and maps
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate surveying for construction projects
- Monitor progress of construction projects through regular site visits and surveys
- Prepare reports and documentation of survey findings
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Proven experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry
- Knowledge of land surveying techniques, tools, and software programs
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
