We are in need of a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the position of Merchandiser in our company based in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production and delivery of products to ensure they meet customer demand. Your main duties will include monitoring inventory levels, conducting market research, and collaborating with suppliers and sales teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a keen eye for trends. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. We also offer free visa and ticket for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Analyze market trends and customer demand to determine product assortment and quantities
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure products are properly displayed and stocked
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers to maximize profitability
- Maintain accurate records of product performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
