We are a leading retail company in Karachi, Pakistan seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective strategies to promote and sell our products. Your main goal will be to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to select and purchase merchandise that meets the company's standards and budget
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify new product opportunities
- Plan and execute product promotions and displays to attract customers' attention
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement, pricing, and availability
- Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and favorable terms
- Develop strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Keep track of competitors' activities and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Proven track record of driving sales through effective merchandising strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and product positioning techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel if required
