Baker (Contract, Karachi)


We are a renowned bakery in Karachi seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team on a contractual basis. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious pastries, breads, and other baked goods for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, breads, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Ensure that all products are of high quality and meet our standards
- Decorate pastries and cakes with beautiful designs
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to achieve perfect results
- Keep track of inventory levels and inform management when ingredients need to be restocked
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow all food safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn new techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality control
- Must be able to follow recipes accurately and measure ingredients precisely
