Body Repair Master Technician

As a Body Repair Master Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. You will use your expertise in body repair techniques and tools to efficiently complete repairs and ensure high-quality work. Your role will involve inspecting vehicles, evaluating damage, preparing estimates, sourcing necessary parts, and performing repairs according to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.

Your key responsibilities as a Body Repair Master Technician will include:

- Inspecting damaged vehicles and assessing the extent of the damage
- Preparing accurate repair estimates based on the damage assessment
- Disassembling damaged vehicle parts and performing necessary repairs using appropriate techniques
- Straightening frames, panels, and other structural components to restore their original shape
- Replacing or repairing damaged body panels, doors, fenders, bumpers, etc.
- Welding or soldering damaged metal parts as needed
- Sanding, grinding, priming, and painting repaired areas for a seamless finish
- Inspecting completed repairs to ensure quality standards are met
- Keeping track of inventory levels and ordering necessary parts as needed

To excel in this role, you should have strong technical skills in body repair techniques such as welding, straightening frames, panel replacement, etc. You should also have experience working with a variety of tools and equipment used in body repair. Attention to detail is crucial for this role as you will be expected to produce high-quality work that meets industry standards.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; further education or certification in automotive technology is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Body Repair Technician in an automotive setting
- Proficient in body repair techniques such as welding, frame straightening, panel replacement, etc.
- Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in body repair (e.g. welders, sanders)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Biometric passport required; valid driver's license preferred

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
