Hotel Sales Manager


We are hiring a skilled Hotel Sales Manager to oversee and manage sales teams for our hotel in Karachi. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry and experience in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy, maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and supervising the sales team to ensure targets are met. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary is $1700 per month. Priority will be given to candidates with their own visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Oversee the sales team's activities, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing training
- Negotiate contracts with clients and partners
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Prepare reports on sales performance for management review
- Attend industry events to promote the hotel's brand and services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferably in Hospitality Management)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel sales or marketing role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with previous experience managing a team
- In-depth knowledge of the local market trends in hospitality industry
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent English language skills (both written and verbal)

Location:
This position is based at our hotel in Karachi, Pakistan.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Visa:
Priority will be given to candidates who have their own visa for Pakistan.
