Female Concierge in Karachi

We are seeking a female Concierge to join our team in Karachi. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting guests with their needs. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist them with any inquiries or requests
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or transportation services
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk area
- Handle incoming calls and messages for guests
- Keep track of guest requests and follow up when necessary
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
