Machine Learning Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and systems. Your expertise in data analysis, statistics, and programming will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions for our clients. You will work closely with a team of data scientists and engineers to identify business problems and provide data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Develop predictive models using various techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines for model training and deployment.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify patterns and trends that can improve model performance.
- Optimize models for scalability, accuracy, and speed in a production environment.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance and make necessary improvements.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Python/R programming languages.
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Experience with ML libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and experience working with large datasets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Location:
This position is based in Lahore but remote work can be considered for exceptional candidates.

Salary:
