QA Engineer - Lahore, Pakistan



As a QA Engineer for our growing company in Lahore, Pakistan, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. You will work closely with our development team to identify and report any bugs or issues, and collaborate with them to implement solutions. Your attention to detail and strong understanding of testing methodologies will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our products. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1700$ per month, without accommodation but with visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our software products
- Identify, record, and track bugs using bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing
- Participate in product design reviews to provide feedback on potential issues
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++ is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
