Online Consultant (Lahore, Pakistan)

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Online Consultant to join our team in Lahore. As an Online Consultant, you will provide virtual support and assistance to clients through various online platforms. Your main responsibility will be to guide clients through our services and products, answer their inquiries, and help them with any technical issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities:
- Connect with clients through online platforms such as email, chat, or video calls
- Understand clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Explain product features and benefits to potential customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step instructions
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and update database with relevant information
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service experience

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in relevant field is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of various online platforms and tools
- Proven customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Lahore, Pakistan
