Moderator - Lahore, Pakistan (Contract)


As a Moderator based in Lahore, Pakistan, you will be responsible for monitoring and facilitating online discussions and conversations to ensure a positive and respectful community environment. You will work on a contract basis without the need for prior experience or accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and conversations on various platforms such as forums, social media, and chat rooms
- Review user-generated content and ensure it complies with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Engage with users to facilitate meaningful discussions and maintain a positive community atmosphere
- Identify and report any violations of community guidelines or inappropriate behavior
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve community management strategies

Requirements:
- Biometric passport for international travel (if not already obtained, the company will assist in the process)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English
- Familiarity with online platforms such as forums, social media, or chat rooms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
