Heavy Equipment Operator

We are a construction company based in Lahore and we are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and backhoes. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance on the equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Proven experience operating various types of heavy equipment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong communication skills
- Physical stamina to work long hours in outdoor environments
- Valid equipment operator license/certification
- Own transportation to job sites within Lahore

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to project specifications and safety guidelines
- Inspect equipment before each use and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Report any malfunctions or damage to the supervisor immediately
- Follow safety protocols at all times while operating the equipment
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient completion of tasks
- Keep track of materials used and maintain accurate records of work performed
- Follow all company policies and procedures

Salary: 1200$ per month with accommodation provided. This is a full-time position with potential for overtime hours.
