Part-Time Architectural Technologist in Lahore

Our architectural firm is seeking a part-time Architectural Technologist to join our team in Lahore. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, development, and construction of architectural projects. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed technical drawings and plans
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and budgets
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of project plans
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create 2D and 3D renderings of designs
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials for projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary: Competitive salary of 1700$ will be offered based on qualifications and experience.

Location: This position is based in Lahore. Candidates must have their own visa.
