Junior Architectural Technologist


We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Lahore. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will assist in the design, development and construction of new buildings and structures. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to prepare detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of detailed drawings and plans for new building projects
- Use CAD software to create technical drawings and 3D models
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet project requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and take measurements
- Research building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance
- Prepare material lists and cost estimates for construction projects
- Review plans for accuracy and make necessary revisions

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work on various tasks as required by the project

Preferred Qualifications:
While experience is not required for this role, preference will be given to candidates who have completed an internship or co-op placement in a similar position. Knowledge of sustainable design principles is also an asset.

Location:
This position is based in Lahore but may require occasional travel within Pakistan.
