Job Title: Commercial Architect



As a Commercial Architect, you will use your creative and technical skills to design and oversee the construction of commercial buildings in Lahore. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet their requirements
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to develop detailed plans and blueprints
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are being accurately executed
- Communicate with contractors and other professionals involved in the project to address any issues or changes
- Conduct site visits to inspect progress and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure that all projects comply with local building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an architect, preferably in commercial projects
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
