We are in need of a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Lahore. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. This role requires strong design, technical and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop design concepts and create detailed drawings using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed projects
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are followed accurately
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or changes
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design programs
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
