Industrial Architect

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Lahore. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, such as factories, warehouses, and production facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop functional and efficient design solutions. Your role will also involve collaborating with engineers, contractors, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design proposals for industrial buildings and structures.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of proposed designs.
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Ensure that designs comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, and zoning regulations.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and construction teams to oversee the implementation of designs.
- Provide guidance on material selection, cost estimation, and construction techniques.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress of construction projects.
- Make necessary adjustments or modifications to designs as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial architecture.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
