Senior Architect

We are in search of a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Lahore. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various structures, ensuring they meet the needs and specifications of clients. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and collaborating with engineers and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the construction of various structures, such as buildings, bridges, and roads
- Prepare detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure all designs meet building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Manage a team of architects by delegating tasks and providing guidance
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and create design proposals accordingly
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant tools
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various professionals and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Lahore (accommodation provided)
